Up-and-coming stand up comedian Michael Loftus' career as an actor and stand up began in Columbus, Ohio. Michael was one of the founding members of the well-known sketch/improv/comedy troupe Midwest Comedy Tool & Dic (MCTD). Michael built a solid foundation performing with the troupe as well as performing his stand up across the country. His training and history with the sketch group enabled him to begin a long and successful run with the ACME Comedy Theater in Los Angeles when he headed west a few years ago. Upon his arrival in Los Angeles, he landed a spot at the HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, where he received rave reviews. After his performance in Aspen, Michael performed on a number of comedy specials including: Kevin Pollack's Warner Brother's comedy album Executive Privilege and Comedy Central's Premium Blend. His high energy, side-splitting style of comedy and hilarious improvisation has audiences cracking-up from coast-to-coast.
